Why do I need a Life Coach?
When things in your life are not going as planned, a life coach will work with you on goals that are aligned to your future aspirations

Is a consultation required?
Yes - a consultation is required for every new client who wants to start sessions with me. The consultations are free and it gives me the opportunity to get to know my clients well enough to tailor a service just right for you.
What is your reschedule/cancellation policy?
I understand things happen that may prevent you from attending a session. A deposit is required to secure your booking. If you reschedule, then your deposit will be applied to your new booking date/time. If you cancel and not reschedule, then a Request for Termination is required. (Refer to contract terms for more details).
What should I expect from my first scheduled appointment?
Each session is tailored to each client differently. A typical session will consist of me asking a series of questions that encourages you to open up and talk. I understand people are apprehensive to open up in front of strangers, so I allow my clients to get to know who I am on a personal level. Once we break the ice, it's like two people having a conversation; however, I encourage my clients to do most of the talking while I help facilitate.
Do you have sessions only in person?
No - With the advancement of Zoom Technology & Skype for Business, I am able to meet my clients where they are. If you prefer to meet in person and you live out of state, we can discuss travel fees along with your service package.
Is there a limit to how many sessions I can have?
No - there is no limit. The length of the sessions are based on the client's needs.
Why should I use you as a Life Coach over someone else?
I understand everyone has their preference. What makes me different from my competitors is my experience and also my authenticity. I became a certified life coach in May 2015 from The Life Coach Institute of Orange County. Since then, I've been informally providing coaching services to a number of people, and I've been formally involved in two mentoring programs in which one I've served as the Director for the past four years. I've also been involved with a number of speaking engagements both in Georgia and Florida.
Where are the sessions held?
The session location is confirmed once the booking deposit is made. The location is agreed upon by both the Coach and the Client. (The Client nor the Coach's residence is allowed)
What happens if I am late to a session?
Life happens, sometimes, that causes us to be late. If you are late, please give me a courtesy call. If you will be more than 15 min late, the session will be cancelled and rescheduled.
